  Takuro (Taku) Ishikura CEO Taku has more than 10 years of international business development and start-up experience. Prior to founding Xpansion International, Taku served as Director of Sales for the world’s largest global HR company conducting business across Asia Pacific and Japan. Before that Taku was the CEO and founder of a logistics tech company in Singapore. Taku lives in Tokyo.

  Paul Kuenstler Chief Commercial Advisor Paul has more worked in international business development from more than 20 years. He held a wide range of commercial leadership roles at global companies such as Hughes Electronics, Gartner, CEB and Adecco. He has developed business and managed teams in many different parts of the world, including EMEA, North America, Latin America and APAC. Paul lives in London.

  Kenny Ogawa Sales Director As the former President of Dow for South East Asia, Kenny has more than 20 years of experience in the Chemical Industry. He has been based in many countries such as Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore and Switzerland, Kenny has managed large regional teams and budgets. Kenny lives in Tokyo.
